Hi guys i currently have an empty 2ft x2 x2 viv and im wanting to fill it. i was thinking of getting geckos but would it be big enough also what else could i house in it. any ideas welcome |

Milk Snake, House Snake and some King Snakes. Probs what i will do with mine. They just arent quite tall enough for a crestie if you ask me as thats what i was originally thinking too.  |

Leopard Gecko would be fine in that size. You could add a second floor in as leopard geckos don't need height and 1ft high is plenty for them. You could have two leopard geckos then  |

Was looking at crocodile geckos but dont think its high enough for them. aleeady got 2 corns was looking more towards lizards for this one |

I love crocodile geckos, they would definitely be on my list if I was allowed more reptiles...I don't know how high enclosures they'd need, the one that I saw spent most of its time on the floor of the viv? |

From what I have read a pair of crocodile geckos can be kept in a 10 gallon tank. If your viv is 2ft x 2ft x 2ft thats more like 30 gallons plus. I see no reason why 2ft high would not be tall enough. Our crestie is in a 2ft high exoterra and thats fine for him. If its a wooden viv you would need to make sure it is well sealed. And would possibly need to add some extra vents for ventilation. |
