Do they insist on pooping under the heat mat? Just had a look for spot clean, and boy was it whiffy, odd poop here and there, then all of a sudden I caught a glimpse of powdery pee, and there's too huge poops cooking away nicely. Lovely. |

You put something in a viv that you dont want crapped on and they seem to go out of their way to do it. I think when they go to warm up it causes the urge to go and its only a matter of time before they do it. |

Im sure George is trained. He wont go on his substrate (which happenes to be a green grass like rug).
He always goes in the top left corner (on top of a blob of glue thats blocking a gap from the exo terra background).
We are both happy with this arrangement |

Monster and I have a deal.. I get him out 72 hrs after a feed for a roam about on the bathroom vanity and he does his thing on the easy to clean tile.
Kitty on the other hand like to poop under his aspen so there usually is no point in 'spot' cleaning... I just clean him out that much more often.

Every day?
Corns poop a lot but every day seems a little excessive. May be worth taking a sample to the vets for analysis, just make sure its parasite free. |
