My daughter has only had her snake 2 weeks. We're possibly going on holiday in a couple of weeks, and have a reptile shop along the road that does snake boarding. They said I could either bring him in his own exo terra terrarium, or he could go into a breeder box(similar size)for the week, a lot easier really. Is this likely to be too stressful for him? Would he then need time to settle again when we get him back before handling again, or would he remember his home when he goes back into it?

If it was me I'd take it in it's own faun if it's a young snake. It's up to you i guess. Think it'll be stressed either way??

There was such a thing as a snake board in the early 90's. Difficult to use tho!

Lol, I never thought of how I phrased the question. What do others do when they go away for a week? The only other option is leave him with a large bowl of fresh water, or put him in the garage and get the chicken sitter to do his water..probably not a great idea as there would be chicks in there.
