I thought she was dark for a carolina as well, I love her colours atm and Im hoping she stays in the darker end of the spectrum but I will love her regardless.
Unlike my cat at the moment... I had to go out today for over 12 hours so I put a couple of big, heavy books in front of Sybils tank as Tat had tried to pull the tank off the table before!
I came back and the books were still in place but the tank was moved to the side where Tat had been pulling at it.
Im not going to trust her alone again for a good long while, well until I get a freestanding viv that she cant move. Looks like Tat and the kitchen will be friends when I have to go out and my water spray bottle will never be far from me when I am in.
She will get the message to leave Sybil alone.
I swear its like having a teenage daughter and a besotted little sister. |

Great pics of a beautiful snake . I do like the one you've chosen as your sig in particular. It shows her off beautifully.
I'm so glad the cat didn't manage to shift the tank. She must have been VERY determined and given it a good go!

My sig is one of my favourites as well and the one where she is looking at the camera from my wrist.
Yeah, Tat, was very determined and she still hasnt given up on playing with the worm. I think its partly my fault as she used to play with the ferrets (r.i.p ferrets) and she plays with the gerbil; who I am sure taunts the cat by sticking her tail out of the bars part of her cage, so Tat probably thinks she can play with the new addition too. Either that or she thinks Sybil is a shoe lace that moves all by itself lol.
Tat is the sort of cat that will stare into your eyes as she bites you *rolls eyes* but she is my baby and I love her with everything I have.
Just wait till Sybil is bigger *sniggers*
Thank you for all the compliments on the pictures, its certainly not that easy to get her to stay still long enough to get good ones lol. |

She shed, oh yeah, my baby shed!
Granted I had to help her but she shed!
Half past 2am, I knew she was gonna try to do it behind my back lol. My brain must have known what she was up to and kept me up, smart brain!
All shiny and new, pictures tomorrow of her new clothes. She feels sooo lovely and soft now. |

Congrats on the shed :D I got when Leo first shed - I texted the friend who'd looked after him before I took him home with a picture, I sent the pic to my sister who was interested (the older one not so much) and was a very happy person - and I got just as excited over his second shed, the colours always look so amazing afterwards, I can't help but smile :D

New clothes!
I was happy to see it but not happy that it wasnt an easy shed for her and that it was probably my doing for not keeping the humidity right for her, ordered the moss stuff though so I am prepared for next time!

I always cringe at the skulls in enclosures.
